TDK SensEI, a global leader in AI manufacturing technology, teamed up with Presidio to enhance its AI reporting dashboard using Presidio HumanAI (HAI), powered by Amazon Bedrock and Q.

What began as a straightforward request for improved visualization quickly evolved into a transformative AI initiative. This initiative accelerated TDK SensEI’s ability to deliver greater value to customers’ manufacturing operations—unlocking scalable innovation, accelerating development cycles, and driving measurable business results.

THE CHALLENGE

TDK SensEI’s first-generation dashboard was built on static workflows that constrained its ability to deliver actionable analytics. To enhance customer value, TDK SensEI required a forward-looking solution capable of AI driven advanced analytics and predictive operations.

THE SOLUTION

Presidio deployed HumanAI (HAI), an advanced AI modernization framework powered by Amazon Bedrock and Q, to architect a scalable solution tailored for predictive maintenance and accelerated innovation.
