Gentiva Health Services, the nation’s largest hospice provider, delivers compassionate end-of-life care to families across the U.S. But its aging IT infrastructure was holding back clinicians in the field who depend on seamless technology to do their jobs.
Outdated data centers, escalating licensing costs, and looming deadlines to exit legacy environments were creating risk at a critical time. Gentiva’s clinicians needed systems they could count on – technology that “just works” so they could focus entirely on patient care, not IT issues.
