THE CHALLENGE

Hard Rock Digital needed to modernize its monolithic application architecture that was driving up costs, limiting agility, and introducing security risks. Mounting technical debt, poor code organization, and complex interdependencies made it difficult to maintain and scale the platform.

THE SOLUTION

Presidio deployed HumanAI (HAI), an AI-powered modernization framework built on
Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Q, to transform the legacy system.
• Amazon Bedrock was leveraged for model-powered code comprehension, refactoring, and automated test case generation.
• Amazon Q was embedded to improve documentation, developer support, and productivity.
• A secure AWS Landing Zone enabled isolated testing, governed development, and adoption of AWS-native services.
