NEW YORK – September 28, 2026 – Presidio today announced that J. Michael Bruff will join the company as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 5, 2026.
Bruff has more than 30 years of experience in finance and operational leadership roles, including 25 years in the technology industry. He has helped lead large, complex businesses through transformation, growth and value creation initiatives. Bruff spent the last five years in healthcare, most recently as CFO of Envision Healthcare, and in CFO roles at LifeStance and ChenMed. Prior to that, he was CFO of Varian, a global technology leader in radiation and cancer care solutions. In these CFO roles, Bruff led core finance, accounting, tax and treasury functions, as well as investor relations, procurement and internal audit. He has also led Information Technology & Security and Business Transformation offices, with a track record of driving operational excellence across enterprise-wide initiatives focused on simplifying processes and scaling systems and infrastructure. Bruff spent nearly 20 years at Dell Technologies in domestic and international finance and business roles, including as regional CFO of the Asia Pacific and Japan Commercial Business and as Senior Vice President of North America Strategy, Planning and Operations. Before Dell, Bruff started his career at Deloitte & Touche and MCI Telecommunications.

Bruff will succeed Manny Korakis, who has decided to step down after serving as CFO since 2022. Korakis will remain with Presidio through October 30 to support an orderly transition. “Since joining Presidio, Manny has helped strengthen our Finance organization and has been an important partner to the business during a significant period of growth, integration and transformation,” Cagnazzi said. “I am thankful for Manny’s leadership and service and wish him all the best in his next chapter.”
Bruff earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Maryland.
