“At Presidio, you learn the latest technologies as soon as they’re available, and you can then apply them to other customers over time, eventually becoming seen as a subject matter expert. Presidio encourages education in both technical and managerial skills, helping you become not just a better engineer but also a better person.”
Growth is part of the job.
Sharp, and getting sharper. Technical training, leadership development, and internal mobility are just some of the ways we empower employees to learn, grow, and lead.
Technical Training & Certifications
Our people attend trainings and gain recognized expertise in the platforms and disciplines we use every day. Tech that spans industry-leading partners.
Leadership Development
Presidio grows our leaders from within through programs like our Employee Advisory Forum for emerging leaders and the Thayer Leadership Program at West Point for VPs.
Mentorship & Employee-Led Development
You get the formal and peer support you need through mentorship opportunities, professional development programs, and employee-led peer learning initiatives.
Internal Mobility
Careers refuse to stand still here. Our people may start early, coming to us straight from campus. But later, they grow across teams, move into bigger roles, and build long-term careers.
A Personal Message from the CEO
“At Presidio, our ability to grow, innovate, and deliver for our clients hinges directly on the talent and contributions of our people, our One Presidio. Creating an inclusive culture allows us to unlock the full power of that talent and is one of our top priorities.
At every level of leadership, we are committed to creating a workplace where different perspectives are valued, people feel empowered to contribute, and the best ideas can emerge from anywhere. By bringing together the diverse perspectives and expertise of our people, we make better decisions, design stronger solutions, and better understand the clients we serve. And we create a more vibrant, engaging employee experience for all. That’s what it means to be One Presidio.”
