Supplier License and Use Terms
Third-party cloud services, software, support and maintenance provided or resold by Presidio may be subject to additional third-party license and use terms. These terms may be captured in a direct end user license agreement between you and the applicable OEM/developer/provider (each, a “Supplier”) or they may be located at one of the links listed below and incorporated herein by reference. Client agrees to comply with and be bound by any such Supplier terms, except as prohibited by applicable law.
