PRESIDIO TECHX 2026 NHL TICKET GIVEAWAY (the “Sweepstakes”)

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

This Sweepstakes begins at 9:00am Central Time (“CT”) on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 and ends at 6:30pm CT on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). This Sweepstakes is brought to you by Presidio, Inc. (the “Sponsor”). NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. There is no cost to attend the Event (as defined below) or to participate in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

2. ELIGIBILITY

This Sweepstakes is open only to registered attendees of the Presidio TechX event taking place on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at the Hilton Anatole, 2201 N Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75207 (the “Event”) who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Limit one (1) Presidio Events app (“App”) account per person; points earned or codes redeemed using more than one (1) App account by the same person will be void.

This Sweepstakes is NOT open to employees, officers, directors, agents or representatives of Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies; the National Hockey League (“NHL”) and its member clubs, NHL Enterprises, L.P., NHL Enterprises Canada, L.P., NHL Enterprises B.V., and NHL Interactive CyberEnterprises, LLC (the foregoing NHL entities collectively, the “NHL Entities”); Event venue staff and management; and any vendors, contractors, or agencies engaged in the development or administration of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the foregoing, the “Sweepstakes Parties”); as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child, regardless of where they live) and household members of each such individual. Void where prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By participating, each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) meet the eligibility requirements above; and (c) release and hold harmless the Released Parties (as defined in Section 9) as set forth herein. Sponsor is not responsible for entries or App activity that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, garbled, or delayed for any reason, including technical or network failures of any kind.

4. HOW POINTS ARE EARNED

Points are earned by visiting Presidio and Tech Partner (“Tech Partners”) booths in the TechX Expo Hall. Each booth features a challenge, and eligible entrants who complete a booth’s challenge are given a code, redeemable in the App, worth a varying number of points. Only one (1) code may be earned and redeemed per booth.

Eligible entrants compete for points throughout the Sweepstakes Period. Entrants with the most points at the end of the Event are eligible to win the various prizes provided by Sponsor and Tech Partners, including the NHL ticket prize described in Section 5. See Section 6 for how the winner of the NHL ticket prize is determined.

By participating in this points-based game, each entrant acknowledges that acceptance of any prize is subject to, and must comply with, that entrant’s own employer’s policies regarding gifts, prizes, and business courtesies.

No purchase, payment, or donation is required to earn points, to qualify for a prize, or to win. Points, codes, or App activity obtained through fraud, multiple App accounts, automated means, or any method other than as described in these Official Rules are void. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant or void any points it believes to be fraudulent, abusive, or obtained in violation of these Official Rules or the App’s terms of use.

5. PRIZE

One (1) prize will be awarded (the “Prize”). The Prize has an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $800 USD and consists of:

• Two (2) tickets to one (1) NHL regular season game during the 2026–2027 NHL season, in the market of the winner’s choice, subject to game and ticket availability and at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Game date, opponent, and seat location will be determined by the Sponsor and cannot be guaranteed or requested by the winner beyond an expressed market preference. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize, or any portion of it, with a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize (or any part of it) becomes unavailable for any reason.

The following general conditions apply to the Prize: (i) the Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion; (ii) no substitutions are permitted except at Sponsor’s option; (iii) the winner is solely responsible for all costs and expenses not expressly identified above as part of the Prize, including but not limited to transportation to and from the game, parking, food and beverage, gratuities, and any applicable taxes; (iv) Sponsor and the NHL Entities will not replace lost, stolen, or misused tickets; (v) Sponsor and the NHL Entities are not responsible for any delay, postponement, rescheduling, or cancellation of the game; and (vi) terms and conditions of NHL game tickets apply.

Guest Requirements: the winner’s guest must (a) be eighteen (18) years of age or older and (b) sign and return any liability release requested by Sponsor before receiving tickets. The winner and the winner’s guest must comply with all venue and team policies and all applicable ticket terms and conditions. Sponsor reserves the right to revoke the Prize, in whole or in part, from any winner or guest whom Sponsor or venue personnel reasonably believe to pose a safety risk, to have violated venue policy or law, or to have engaged in conduct that reflects poorly on Sponsor or the NHL Entities.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

At the end of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will rank all eligible entrants by total points earned during the Event. The Prize described in Section 5 will be awarded by random drawing among the eligible entrants who place within the top ten (10) point earners as of the end of the Event (the “Qualifying Pool”). If two (2) or more eligible entrants are tied in points such that the tie affects placement into the Qualifying Pool, Sponsor will first conduct a random drawing among the tied eligible entrants to determine final placement in the Qualifying Pool.

On or about September 16, 2026 (the “Drawing Date”), Sponsor will randomly select one (1) winner of the Prize from the Qualifying Pool. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entrants in the Qualifying Pool. NO ONE IS A WINNER UNLESS AND UNTIL SPONSOR CONFIRMS THE WINNER IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

The potential winner will be notified by email and/or the App and must respond within five (5) business days of the initial notification attempt. Before being confirmed as the winner, the potential winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility and to sign and return a Declaration and Release Form (and, where lawful, a Publicity Release) within five (5) business days of receipt. If a potential winner cannot be reached within the required time, declines the Prize, fails to timely return required documents, or is found to be ineligible or in violation of these Official Rules, the Prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entrants in the Qualifying Pool or not award the Prize.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if it determines that the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned due to technical failure, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control, including any issue with the App. All points, codes, and App activity become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical, technical, printing, or other error in the administration of this Sweepstakes, the App, or in the announcement of the Prize. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, city and state of residence, and statements about the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further compensation, notification, or permission.

9. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, each entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless Sponsor, the NHL Entities, the Event venue, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and each such party’s officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes, the App, participation in the Event, or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize, including attendance at or travel to and from the NHL game. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, network, or other failures of any kind affecting entry or participation in this Sweepstakes.

10. SPONSOR ADMINISTRATION; NOT AN NHL PROMOTION

This Sweepstakes is administered solely by Sponsor. The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by the NHL Entities or the Event venue. NHL and the NHL Shield are registered trademarks of the National Hockey League. © 2026 NHL. All Rights Reserved.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. If any provision of these Official Rules is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

12. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants through the App is used by Sponsor to administer this Sweepstakes and may otherwise be used in accordance with Presidio’s privacy policy, available at https://www.presidio.com/privacy-policy/.
