HOW THEY GOT THERE
Presidio ran a full discovery of RBA’s existing hosting environment, mapping application dependencies, load baselines, user geographies, and data transfer requirements. Re-platforming was the right call over a lift-and-shift. Presidio built the new environment on AWS using CloudFormation templates, pre-tested with functional and load testing, then executed a clean cutover via Route 53.
WHY IT WORKED
Pre-built CloudFormation templates collapsed environment setup from days to hours. The re-platform approach gave RBA a foundation their old host never could: a platform that scales with demand, recovers automatically from infrastructure failures, and runs with least-privilege security across every tier.
