Their internal IT team couldn’t support it. Presidio and AWS built and now manage the entire solution, giving DFSC the data infrastructure to measure, act on, and publish outcomes across the state.
HOW THEY GOT THERE
Presidio built a compliance-based multi-account AWS landing zone, then customized and automated a modular data capture and analytics platform covering data transfer, landing, archiving, structured storage, and analysis. Presidio’s Cloud Managed Services team was brought in before go-live, providing 24/7 monitoring, proactive remediation, backup and patch management, and a named Customer Success Manager.
