Presidio Concierge provides a simplified view of subscription capacity, status and consumption across multi-cloud services. With Presidio Concierge, customers have the ability to drill down aggregate data on their Cloud-based services (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) and understand utilization and consumption metrics, including billing/invoicing information. Customers can analyze spending on services, visualize usage patterns and identify savings to ultimately make better procurement and spending decisions.
Presidio launched the tool in April to a select group of early adopters and after a set of Early Field Trials, now have over 15 customers currently using Presidio Concierge in production. One popular use case is to manage their WEBEX subscription data.
