Presidio announced today that it achieved the Amazon Connect Service Delivery designation, part of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Service Ready Program. This designation recognizes that Presidio follows best practices and has proven success delivering solutions using Amazon Connect to end customers.
Achieving the AWS Service Delivery designation differentiates Presidio as an AWS Partner Network (APN) member that provides specialized demonstrated technical proficiency and proven customer success in delivering Amazon Connect. To receive the designation, APN Partners must possess deep AWS experience and deliver solutions seamlessly on AWS.
