Streamlining your equipment acquisition and leasing activities
Many organizations need to acquire IT systems, equipment and related components on a regular basis. They also recognize the varied benefits of leasing vs. owning certain of those assets. However, the predictability of their needs over time can make leasing any of it extremely cumbersome and difficult to manage.
Quarterly Takedown Leases
Quarterly Takedown (QT) Leasing directly addresses these challenges by enabling organizations to acquire equipment quickly and as needed while accruing costs on a single Lease Schedule. You can place hardware, software, maintenance and even professional services on a QT Schedule. The QT structure helps you aggregate equipment into fewer lease schedules, which reduces your paperwork, making it easier for you to manage your leases and assets, and likely reduces your finance cost because of the fewer number and larger schedules.
How Quarterly Takedowns Work
- Presidio Technology Capital establishes a guidance line of credit based on your anticipated IT needs over an extended period of time (usually 6-12 months).
- Once the appropriate documentation is executed, you can begin to acquire equipment, software or services that draw down the guidance line.
- Vendors bill us directly and we pay them on your behalf once you have signed off on the acquisition.
- Each 90 day quarter your acquisitions are aggregated into a single lease schedule based on terms and conditions previously agreed to.
Benefits to your company
- Provides a turnkey structure to finance a stream of IT acquisitions (large and small cost items) on a single QT Schedule
- Dramatically reduces the number of Lease Schedules and paperwork that you need to manage
- Your company can elect to source equipment from Presidio and/or other 3rd Party Vendors
