Presidio combines three companies into one April 2, 2007 – Melissa Frederick WASHINGTON - A Greenbelt-based information technology company is
combining three of its subsidiaries to form one larger company so
it can better compete for contracts from both business and government
clients. Presidio Networked Solutions announced its formation today.
The company is made up of the former service providers Presidio
Corporation, Presidio Networked Solutions Inc. and Solarcom Holdings
Inc., CEO Joel Schleicher said Friday. Presidio Networked Solutions
was formed to better compete with larger IT companies and to capitalize
on all the subsidiaries’ partnerships, Schleicher said.
