Presidio Networked Solutions is Again Recognized by Cisco as Customer Voice Portal Authorized Technology Provider

GREENBELT, MD - March 17, 2009 - Presidio Networked Solutions, Inc., the leading provider of professional and managed services for IT lifecycle solutions and a Cisco Systems Gold Partner, announced today that it has again achieved Customer Voice Portal Authorized Technology Provider (ATP) status from Cisco. This designation recognizes Presidio as having fulfilled the training requirements and program prerequisites to sell, deploy and support Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal solutions targeted to the contact center marketplace.

The Cisco Unified Customer Voice Portal is a high-performance solution for enterprise-class contact centers using either the H.323 standard or Session Initiation Protocol in a distributed or centralized fashion. The Customer Voice Portal ATP recognizes partners for their investment in the knowledge and personnel to deliver cost-effective, personalized voice self-service applications and a transparent transfer of information from voice self-service to agent-assisted service.

To qualify for the Customer Voice Portal ATP certification, Presidio had to meet a number of requirements, from having staff that fulfill specific job responsibilities, to achieving both the Cisco Advanced Unified Communications Specialization and the Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise ATP certification. Those requirements are designed to help a partner maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Partners are also required to build a lab for development and customer-fault replication. The lab must contain current, upgraded and maintained Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise solutions, each configured for real world testing to simulate actual end-user conditions.
