Presidio Networked Solutions’ Total Success Methodology
is used to ensure that all Advanced Technology projects meet customer
requirements. This methodology is based on the Project Management
Institute's Project Management Body of Knowledge, the world's most
comprehensive quality project management practice. Presidio Networked
Solutions manages every IT project through five key stages: plan,
design, integrate, operate and optimize. Every project, no matter
the size, is carefully guided through these five stages.
The Total Success Methodology requires organization and discipline.
Although project stages can and should overlap, no project is allowed
to progress significantly into the next stage until the preceding
stage is closed. The five stages of Presidio Networked Solutions’
Total Success Methodology, key processes and personnel are outlined
below.
